1)Frequently Asked Questions (Individual Ministries)

How can your ministry work with ME?

You may wish to explore Personal Christian Coaching for your own spiritual growth and development.  First, we evaluate where you are in your faith journey and spiritual experience.  Next we help design a tailor made plan for growth, based on your needs, hopes and desires to grow deeper in your spiritual life and ministry experiences.

A few Sunday School teachers at my church (including myself) would like to be able to go deeper in our teachings.  Do you offer coaching to groups of people in specific areas?

Yes.  We offer Personal Christian Coaching for groups of a few people that share a common ministry interest.

I have been a member at my church for sometime, and have been involved in several ministry areas.  I would like to lead a ministry at my church, but I am not sure if I am capable.

We can help you discern your calling, your spiritual gifts and explore how your specific gifts relate to opportunities in ministry.

I am thinking of going to seminary.  This is not a decision I am taking lightly and I am trying to discern as much as possible about myself and how I relate to the qualities of effective Pastors.

We can help you discern your calling, your spiritual gifts and explore how your specific gifts relate to opportunities in Pastoral fields. We will also discuss the characteristics of effective pastors and personality traits they possess.

I am a new Pastor with my first appointment.  I have so many new, exciting ideas but I am receiving little support from the members of the church.  It is becoming very discouraging.

We understand the enthusiasm of New Pastors!  Often, you arrive at your first church on fire for the Lord and leave with that flamed burned out.  We can show you how to ignite the members of your church with your spiritual passion and create an everlasting flame for the Lord.

I am a Pastor with a new appointment.  When I first arrived at this church, everything was wonderful. But now, almost a year later, it seems I can't please anyone.  I am hurting,  struggling and becoming very pessimistic.

We understand that the transition to a new appointment is not always smooth.  We can help you avoid common pitfalls, discern and focus your ministry on the needs of this specific congregation, and help you develop the tools you need to build relationships with your new members.

I am the Senior Pastor of a church that I have served for 12 years.  We maintain a decent worship and Sunday School attendance and have active ministries, but I feel like I have reached a plateau in my Spiritual Growth.  Naturally, I am not personally pleased with this "plateau" but, moreover, I am afraid I will project this feeling of discontent on my congregation.  How can I break through to a greater spiritual depth?

Remember, faith is a journey, there are peaks and valleys in everyone's spiritual experience. We can help you grow spiritually, no matter your current spiritual depth.  We can also help you revitalize your personal ministry to others, as well as, the ministry of your church.
