Spiritual Transformation Ministry

Achieve Spiritual Transformation and Renewal across your congregation through this weekend ministry model.   Small groups meetings and life-changing worship experiences act as a catalyst for the creation of new, deeper relationships with members of your current Christian community, and a closer walk with Christ.

A team of outstanding and gifted laity lead this weekend. The weekend begins on Friday night, with designated small groups at dinner, which have been arranged ahead of the weekend for all active members of the church.  Friday night dinner is followed by a moving worship celebration.  Each small group then meets following worship to share about spiritual themes and build closer relationships. Small  ministry groups will lead discussions that will help participants answer the following questions:

• Who does the Bible say that Jesus is?

• What does it take to have the certainty of forgiveness?

• How can I find the victorious life in Jesus Christ?

• How can my relationships be impacted by Jesus?

• What would it take for my life to be transformed?

On Saturday morning, each small group meets in host homes for a two and one-half hour session.  Saturday afternoon is free time and the PEM Team spends the afternoon together in fellowship with any of the members who would like to experience a time of informal fellowship. On Saturday night, everyone enjoys a dinner together away from the church, followed by the small groups meeting again.  After this round of small groups, everyone concludes the day in a time of worship and sharing. 

Sunday morning is a time of continued sharing, as the PEM leaders provide the Sunday School lesson for many of the  adult and youth Sunday School classes.  The PEM Team then leads the morning worship service (s)  The weekend concludes with a congregational fellowship lunch. 

Members and leaders of local churches with new opportunities to build closer relationships with each other, share  spiritually with one another and receive new motivation from each member of the PEM laity leaders who share their respective personal testimonies across the entire weekend.  The worship services also include the PEM team members giving personal testimonies and preaching and teaching on themes of spiritual growth and motivation.
