What We Do: PEM works closely on site with congregations to help them fully develop and realize their ministry potential, based entirely on their mission, vision and calling from God. We train and develop specific ministry areas that align with your congregation's vision and help make that vision a reality. We also stay in very close, ongoing contact with all of our Covenant Churches, working extensively in their parish across the entire period of the Ministry Covenant in major areas of development. We model what we teach and this makes an INCREDIBLE difference in the level of lasting impact we are able to have with a local church, long after the training has formally ended. Our goal is for spiritual transformation that lasts and ministries that are laity led that change lives consistently. | ||||
