How We Do It: • By working in Covenants with Local Churches, Groups of Churches, Districts, Conferences and Small Businesses
• Covenants are in depth and for as long as 24 to 36 months
• We begin with the gift of an “Envisioning Experience”
• We listen to the hopes and dreams of Pastors, Leaders and Members of Churches
• We work closely with Business Owners, Managers, and Employees
• We consistently stay in touch with the Leaders we are working with
• WE establish caring relationships and, over time, building trust
• We stay in host homes when we are teaching and training in Local Churches
• We model the teaching and training we provide
• We provide personal and professional coaching for Pastors and Business Leaders We are deeply committed to prayer and the central place of the Bible in our teaching, preaching and leading. We believe in the tangible reality of spiritual transformation and feel that churches should grow in QUANTUM or MAJOR ways of spiritual and numerical growth. We are mobile in our ministry. We know that the finest place to "birth" a new ministry is in the local church, rather than having leaders from the local church travel to another location convenient to the presenters. While there are some excellent seminars held in various locations, the local church leaders who attend them STILL have to take the concepts back into the church and present them to other leaders who were not there. This is often a tough task in bringing others on board due to their lack of experience with the ministry in question. This has been an almost eternal problem in churches. Proactive seeks to AVOID this problem by coming directly to the local church and meeting with all key leaders where they are most comfortable and willing to consider ministry possibilities. |
